Key accountability (not the entire list)
Facilitate the implementation of IT tools to support SCOPE (WFP Beneficiary Information & Transfer Management System) in the field of all WFP transfer methods, such as vouchers, in-kind, and cash exchange in exchange for various jobs per WFP guidelines for corporations. Companies.
Participate actively in beneficiary registration procedures. Participate in the registration process of beneficiaries, including system setup and local support, as well as the storage and synchronization of data, for beneficiary services.
Respond to user inquiries, identify and fix issues, offer advice, and ensure that the SCOPE/CBT guidelines procedures, procedures, systems, and tools are used to support its users. Monitor issues and work with the IT Team for resolution.
Offer IT Service desk function and ensure that technology support provided to PO personnel is provided at the agreed-upon level and within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Perform routine installation of OS on user-operated systems and software, and investigate and identify any issues to ensure the efficiency of technology.
Help build the capacity of Cooperating Partners and Government counterparts whenever needed using SCOPE. Support for remote IT support for field personnel whenever and as required.
– Ensure all implementing partners in the area and registration/distribution points have adequate connectivity, maximum availability, and minimized downtime.
Examine the availability of the GSM/MNO’s Data connectivity service. Check the speed of connectivity and confirm the reliability of the service.
Review the City’s power supply to the proposed sites and recommend a possible alternative or backup option.
Receive reports of incidents and service requests by email, telephone, or any other method and save them into tickets within the Incident Management System. Prioritize tickets based on urgency and the severity of the incident
It is configured to carry out SCOPE systems, software instruments and utility software, POS terminals, Printing, and management of beneficiary cards and other SCOPE devices.

STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: The minimum requirement for secondary education is. A bachelor’s degree or higher from a school of Computer Science / IT is desirable.
Knowledge: Minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience in Tech or IT support, preferentially by INGOs, NGOs, and those working for the UN system.
Competencies and Experience: Experience in the Beneficiary or client Management system would be highly desired.
Languages: The ability to write and speak with communications skills in English along with Urdu. Knowledge of Pashto is highly desirable.
